Madeline had her two month appointment today, so we got up extra early to do her 2 month pictures first.
She had three shots...and has slept all. day. long. Poor baby. She was a tough cookie though, and only cried during the shots. As soon as the needle was gone, she stopped and settled right down. It was almost instantanious. =]
She's a whopping 12lbs, 4 oz. And 22.5inches long.

Wow, it must be your lucky day...
...cause your getting a third post.
This one if to shamelessly promote my husband's cousin Lindsey Mae. She's an 18yr old singer/songwriter from NY. She is currently touring, small venues, but damn, this girl is going to make it big.
She's already featured on itunes, and will be performing in Delaware friday night @ the Dogfish Head Brewery. So if you're from anywhere around there I think it would be very smart to go see her, you wont regret it for a moment.
Here are some pics from her performance on sat night at Jitter's. They aren't that great because my camera was dying...so the flash was crapping out.

I took some bath pictures the other night that you all might enjoy. It's these kind of things that make me smile...because I know in 16yrs she will be screaming at me as I show these to her "boyfriend". Yup, I'll be an awesome mom. =]

I have become completely obsessed with Twitter...as has pretty much most of the people in the free world. It's like the new myspace...but better...because it's quick, easy and everyone's updates are on one page. So it's kind of like facebook...but better. =]

Ladies and Gents, We've hit a rough patch.
Madeline has been...let's just say, frikin miserable the last few days.
We switched her over to new formula this morning, and I'm really hoping that it works. She's had really bad tummy issues, and gas, and she just wont sleep.
And if she does fall asleep, she'll wake up ten minutes later in tears. It's awful. I hate just having to sit there and not know what I can do to make her better.
I hope it ends soon.

Oooo, it's almost Spring!
So, it's been a few days since I last posted and I must apologize. Life just got, well, lifey. =]
Madeline is 6wks old today, crazy isn't it? Where does the time go? She is getting so big. Lately, she has been realizing that she can actu7ally make noises with her mouth, and she is even starting to smile (though I'm not sure she actually knows that she is doing it).
It's finally March...which means Spring is JUST around the corner (finger crossed), with that being said...it did snow here yesterday. But let's just overlook that. I can't wait for some warmer weather, I'm in need of some fresh air and some walks with Miss Madeline.
Anywho, I had my 6wk PP appointment today. Everything looks great, I'm healing well, yadda yadda. I can start my birth control whenever I want (which is just weird to me since I haven't had to prevent pregnancy in 1.5 years). My Dr made a comment that scared me today: "Well we'll see you in July for your PAP...or sooner if you get pregnant before then." Ummm, EEK. That's not funny, please don't wish that on me!
